BayWest BUG

“Pelican peddlers” are a Tuesday group of riders and many of our members ride with them as well. Their upcoming rides are:

Pelican Peddlers 1st May.
Meet @ Altona Pier@ 10:00am, ride to Sanctuary Lakes, cross Wetlands Bridge, ride full circle around the lake, stopping for Morning Coffee (only) at Waterstone Cafe, those wishing to ride further continue to Point Cook, pick up something for lunch and ride on to our Lookout Spot and return home via the bike trail.

Pelican Peddlers May 8th.
Micham River Trail, Meet @ 10:00am at Flinders Street Concourse, (wait for other riders to arrive). Train to Micham and follow trail mostly downhill back to Kew, take train home from Alphington.
Bring Water and Snacks, lunch along the way, possibly Kew.

Pelican Peddlers May 15th.
Sandringham (if the weathers fine), meet at Flinders Street @ !0:00am and ride the Light Rail Trail to Port Melbourne Beach and continue. Here’s hoping for a Great Day, we have to be lucky sometimes?

Pelican Peddlers May 22nd.
Meet @ Altona Pier@ 10:00am, Riding to Docklands, taking the short-cut to Newport, meeting up with other riders @ the Fountain, Newport Roundabout, ride trail to Docklands for lunch and return.

Pelican Peddlers May 29th.
Werribee for Lunch, meet up at Hoppers Crossing station @ 10:00 (9:26 train Altona) and ride down town to Kath’s Workers Cafe for morning coffee, turn back on trail to Werribee Township for lunch at our usual spot, return home via rail to Altona.
