Meet at Hoppers Crossing Station at 10.00 a.m.

Head north then west, following Skeleton Creek then Tarneit Creek through the delightful wetlands to Derrimut Road, then continuing through Tarneit to the Werribee River Path, and on to Werribee for lunch. Return to Hoppers Crossing via the Federation Trail, or train home from Werribee.  Some local roads at Tarneit.

Meet at the Werribee train station at 10a.m., take the river trail past the end of the Federation trail, across the bridge, walking down the steep gravel path to a trail along the river. Ride through parklands to Werribee Mansion for lunch. Return via the Federation Trail to Hoppers Crossing Station or to Altona for those wishing to ride further.

Meet at Flinders Street Station (information kiosk) at 10 a.m. Take the Sandridge Rail Trail to Port Melbourne, then the scenic Bay Trail east to Mordialloc. Plenty of lunch opportunities along the way. Return by train.

Meet at Altona Pier at 10 a.m. and ride along the bike path to Williamstown then head north along the Maribyrnong River in Footscray where we stop for brunch/lunch at the Happy River Café.  We head back home on the same route.

Meet at Altona Pier at 10 a.m. and follow the Bay Trail West through the Cheetham Wetlands to the bridge over Skeleton Creek and then to Sanctuary Lakes. Lunch at Waterstone Café. Return by the same route.

12.30 – 13.45 Lunch at a choice of venues (pizza, fish ‘n chips, etc)
13.45 – 14.45 Return ride
15.10 Board ferry
15.30 – 17.00 Return ferry to Docklands

Lunch at Milk Cloud or Glen Iris Pantry.  Return to Flinders Street station via Ferndale Trail, Gardiners Creek trail and the Yarra Trail north side pontoon track.
